Terms of use.
These terms cover the hosted SafePay service at safepay.agentposhq.com, including the SafePay Check connector at /mcp, operated by NovaCorp Labs (Santiago, Chile). The open-source code is covered by its MIT license. Last updated: November 7, 2026.
What the service is
SafePay judges payments that software agents want to make and records each decision. The SafePay Check connector only checks and verifies: it does not pay, refund or move money, and it does not hold funds. Payments SafePay releases itself run on the PayPal sandbox in this hosted demo; no real money moves through it.
Verdicts are advice
An allow, hold or block verdict is our assessment from the information given and the checks described on the security page. It is not a guarantee that a merchant is honest, that goods will be delivered, or that a payment is free of fraud. You and your agent decide whether to pay. A payment made without a SafePay check is outside what SafePay can judge.
Your responsibilities
- Keep your agent keys secret and revoke a key you think was exposed.
- Send only the data a decision needs, and only data you are allowed to share.
- Do not use the service to test attacks on third parties, to overload it, or to get around its limits.
Availability and liability
The hosted service is offered as is, during its launch period, without an uptime commitment unless a written agreement says otherwise. To the extent the law allows, NovaCorp Labs is not liable for losses from a payment you or your agent made, including after an allow verdict. We may change these terms; the date above shows the current version. Questions: security@novacorplabs.com.
